Seriously. And I do not use anti-bacterial soap. Why? Because it kills 99% of germs and your body can actively fight off those 99% of germs, leaving only the really bad germs left, and your body doesn't have much immunity or practice at fighting off germs, cause the whole world is obsessed with anti-bacterial products.
Check out this newsweek article. The CDC estimates that as much as 50 percent of all antibiotic use is unnecessary. Seriously?! That is so ridiculous!
