Friday night dinner
I had four bunches of red kale and I wasn't super hungry... So I spooned out about two tablespoons coconut oil onto a cookie sheet, peeled 8 cloves of garlic and smushed into the solid coconut oil, ground some pink hymalayian sea salt and fresh cracked pepper and popped in the over that was preheating to 400. I then trimmed up the kale, removing the stems and ribs, rolled tightly and sliced. I pulled the now melted coconut oil and mixed in the greens so they were well coated, trying to get the garlic off the pan so it wouldn't burn and roasted for about ten minutes. Yummy! The cats even ate the pieces I gave them.
